In addition to Team ACTIVE Life for places, we have received a contract for the USDA Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP-Ed). Besides being a member of Team ACTIVE Life for places, you might be eligible to receive additional resources listed here as a participant of the SNAP-Ed program. Enities that qaulify (to see the list of eligible zip codes click here), can receive completely free, downloadable resources by becoming a member of Team ACTIVE Life for places.
